What to Expect
Every workout is custom-crafted for your unique fitness level, prioritising safety and progress even when minor injuries or movement concerns arise. Each program targets your personal goals, ensuring you achieve results tailored just for you.
You also gain access to our private exercise video library, where every movement is clearly demonstrated. Although our programs are designed for the gym, our trainers can easily adapt them for your home equipment, such as resistance bands, TRX straps, or dumbbells.
Do I need access to a gym?
Get the best results with the right resistance equipment. Our program stands out by guiding you in selecting and using gear specifically for your goals. We recommend a gym membership or a well-equipped home gym. If you train at home, our team can help you choose the equipment that fits your needs.
A good home setup includes:
- For men: Dumbbells (5–30kg) and a weights bench
- For women: Dumbbells (5–20kg) and a weights bench
- For both: A barbell with weight plates ranging from 1.25kg up to 20kg
When does my programme change?

If you’ve purchased an 8- or 12-week online training program, your coach will update your plan every 4 weeks.

For a 4-week program, your coach will guide you on how to continue once it’s finished.
I’ve never weight trained before; can I still do the programme?
Yes. During your consultation, we’ll ask about your previous gym experience so our trainers can design a program that matches your ability. You’ll also get access to a library of demo videos to help you with technique and form.
If I’m sore from a workout, can I train the next day?
It’s normal to feel sore during the first week of a new training program.
